Password or User Name Reminder
To receive an email for a password reminder, you need to use the email you provided when signing up for your portal account. If your account is disabled call the Help Desk at (631)930-1571 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm and someone will assist you. Please note that the Help Desk is unable to reset passwords and usernames.
